Sr. Youth Ministry

JUNIOR YOUTH
If you are in grades 6-8, you are invited to join us for great ministry and great fun together. We get together at a number of different times. We meet for Sunday School at 8:45 every Sunday morning before our worship service. During this time we study the Bible and discuss what we are reading. We also try to find practical ways for students to apply this information in their everyday lives. Another part of this ministry is our focus on memorizing scripture and how knowing scripture can help us in our everyday lives

We meet regularly from 7:00-8:00 PM on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. This is during our family night so you can bring you whole family out for a meal from 6-7 followed by various studies and clubs for all ages. Our time together includes some good teaching shared in interesting and creative ways. We also take time to pray for each other. Some kind of fun or crazy game is mixed in.

We also have special events 4 times a year. In the spring we do the 30 Hour Famine and a Clean Up project in Reading. Some of the other activities that we have done in the past are: pizza and game night, campouts, sleepovers, bonfires, going to a corn maze, mystery supper, Knoebels and snow tubing!
