Zion Mennonite Church

If you are in grades 6-8, you are invited to join us for great ministry and great fun together. We meet regularly from 6:30-8:00 PM on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. This is during our family night so you can bring you whole family out for a meal from 6-7 followed by various studies and clubs for all ages.

From 6:30 to 7, we begin to gather in the youth room and play games and hang out together. At 7:00, we get together for some good teaching shared in interesting and creative ways. We also take time to pray for each other. Throughout the year we also take some time out to learn some new skills—things like baking cookies, wood working, brick laying, crocheting, table manners, communication skills, and many more!

We also have special events that come up every month or so. Too bad you missed our “Great Couch Event.” We were all over Berks County taking video and snapping pictures of us on our couches in some very interesting places. Check out our upcoming special events listed below.

January—Sledding or Skating (date depends on the weather)
February—Bowling/Sundaes at Blue Ball Lanes and the Witmans
March—Game Night at church
April—Spring Clean Up at Church
June 23-25—Weekend Retreat at the Zook’s Cabin
